摘要： 作者首先介绍了国内外电子邮政业务发展的动态 ,阐述了传统邮政依托大网开展电子邮政业务的重要性和现实可能性 ,并对中国邮政开展电子邮政业务的可行性进行了具体分析 ,得出了邮政的“三流合一” (资金流、信息流、物资流 )是开展电子商务的必备基本条件这一结论。基于上述的分析与思考 ,提出了中国邮政开展电子邮政业务的具体建议。

Abstract: First, this artical introduces the trend of e Post at home & abroad and clarifies its importance and possibilities, which depend on the conventional network of China Post. And then the article analyses its feasibility in detail. The conclusion is that the harmonious combination of capital, information and supply of materials is essential for the e Post service. Finally, the specific proposals sre put forward for the development of e Post service in China
