摘要: 本文分析了实现顾客满意对于企业建立竞争优势的意义 ,讨论了目前我国市场上顾客不满意的主要原因 ,以及企业应该从哪些方面进行改进以实现顾客满意。

Abstract: The article analyses the importance of customers satisfaction for enterprises in acquiring their competitive superiority. The article also discusses the reasons for customers dissatisfaction in our markets today, and how an enterprise should make improvement in its marketing activities to make customers satisfaction.
