摘要： 本文阐述了我国在向现代信息社会迈进的过程中 ,社会劳动主体为适应信息社会一般要求而进行创造力开发所应具备的一般宏观社会环境条件和劳动者个体条件。

Abstract: This article analyses the general macro environment & the individual qualifications which the social laboring masses should have in the development of their creativity so as to adapt themselves to the general requirement of information society when China is striding forward towards modern information society.
