Abstract: The author puts forward four proposals for the reform of "college entrance examination":1)expanding the scale of higher educa tion continuously;2)reforming the general examination with a common test paper fo r all students from different schools;;3)speeding up the reform of the examinati on system itself;4)to reform the college entrance examination is a systems engin eering.
