摘要： 本文从管理的角度而非技术的角度讨论办公自动化建设。办公自动化是信息时代发展的必然要求 ,生产关系适应生产力发展水平的必然结果。办公自动化建设要统筹规划 ,构建总体框架 ,建立一定的工作机制 ,使办公自动化系统成为开放的闭环系统 ,推进校务公开 ,提高现代管理水平。
