Abstract: Nowadays the ability oriented education has become one of the hot issues in the reform of higher education.The reform of education concerns the prosperity of the Chinese nation and the incoming generations throughout the ages.How to accelerate and implement the ability oriented education effectively is an important problem to which we should make a further approach.
