Abstract: Managing universities in accordance with law is an important part of our rule-the-country-by-law policy, and also a natural choice of the reform and development of higher education. A lawful management of higher education in China demands good communication with the government, perfection of the mechanism of self-management and self-restraint, and active construction of modern higher education system with legal sense.
