Abstract: The authors think researches on Marxist philosophy cannot carry out the practice s principle in understanding substance deeply. It s not enough for researchers to regard substance as the specific substance related to practice because the thoughts cannot answer the question of the relationship between human being and substance. We ought to grasp substance from the viewpoint of Marxist philosophy of freedom so as to grasp the concept of substance practically indeed.
