Abstract: This article show that human capital has important influences on economic growth. The authors apply the improved production function by the theory of endogenous economic development to calculate the contribution rate of human capital to economic growth, and compare the differences between considering or not considering the spillovers of human capital. At last, the author come to the conclusion that human capital is the fountain of economic growth.
