Abstract: Website administrators are very concerned with the E-commerce credit solving project.From the perspective of value chain point,this article carries out analyses into operating and admission management of e- commerce websites,credit management mode of e-business platform,credit issues of enterprises & consumers and payment & liquidation,in an effort to find a credit management strategy.
