Abstract:

The legal statuses of telecommunication-supervision organs in different countries are discussed here. The current situation of the telecommunication-supervision organ in China is also analyzed. Most countries in the world confirm the legal status of their telecommunication-supervision organs by legislation of telecommunication laws. Telecommunication-supervision organs not only should be established according to law, but also exercise authority independently, preventing restriction and confinement from government and enterprises. In this regard, China should establish an organ to supervise telecommunication, radio, film and television business.
