Abstract:

The article analyzes integrationrelated barriers of traffic information network and telecommunications network  economies of scale barriers, incumbent advantage barriers and policy barriers. Especially focusing on policy barriers, this article proposes that integration of traffic information network and telecommunications network should be based on equity participation or that cooperation and integration should be based on databased business.
