Abstract: This article takes mobile instant messaging (MIM) as object, the factors influencing the acceptance behaviors of customers in MIM are studied by the technology accepted model (TAM) and network externality theory and the users’acceptance model on mobile instant messaging services is built. The scaling of reliability and validity of the model is tested through SPSS and the hypotheses of the structure equation model are verified by LISREL. Finally, the results are discussed, with the significance and limitations of the research also presented.
