Abstract: Preservation of network evidence is a significant way to ensure preservation of evidence of effectiveness For preservation of evidence, this article analyzes the means of effective extraction, storage and fixation For the effectiveness of preservation of network evidence, the technique and the concerned rules of law shall be rigorously distinguished from each other, thus proactively rising to challenges in reality The effectiveness preservation of network evidence is embodied in two aspects, that is, accuracy in technique and effectiveness in procedure Hence, it can be concluded that the effectiveness of preservation of evidence can only be guaranteed and thus exhibits its value through bettering the law procedure of preservation of network evidence, establishing related law procedure and rules and scientifically reasonable approach
