Abstract: Contribution to public welfare from an ethical perspective mainly refers to fully implementing the duties of moral salvation and ethical concerns of disadvantaged minorities in the society so as to enable them to walk out of the necessity and live a life of dignity at par with the majority It mainly involves the moral requirements of bravely undertaking the social responsibility to save disadvantaged minorities, to benefit people in the society, and to dare to sacrifice one’s own interests, etc.
