At present, the reform of higher education attracts people’s attention The Nation and Beijing province have given a strong support for the Construction of ExcellentCourses and the reform of education Combining our construction practice of Beijing ExcellentCourses of Mobile Communication, we put forward some key elements in the course construction, analysis the contradictions existing in teaching, propose a method to reforming through comparing the course in China to the foreign, and practice it accurately.
