Abstract:

Abstract：Based on the Web2.0 environment, with the change of web construction technology and web operating philosophy, many security issues including security vulnerability, personal information theft, the spread of harmful information occur.In order to solve the problem, researches both in technology and management aspects are required and comprehensive countermeasures have to be developed.The state has to work with the enterprises and individuals to build a safe information society.One can learn from experience of other countries to build our unique information security system.Many efforts can be made, including building perfect ISMS and legal system.
