Abstract:

Adopting questionnaire, literature study and expert interview, the author studied the current situation of innovation management of China’s telecom operators. Based on a full understanding of innovation management, the authors set up an effective measurement system to assess the innovation management ability of telecom operators, and the innovation management ability can be accurately quantified, which has laid foundation for future applications.
