Abstract:

With the rapid development of the Internet, general public obtains the real freedom to express their views, which leads to the promotion of network public opinion It is like a “double-edged sword”, for on one hand, it provides a rational choice for the democratization in our country, and on the other hand, the emotional factors in network public opinion also arouse people’s concern The paper discusses the emotionality in network public opinion and its causes by analyzing “Diary Secretary Event” and “Yuan Tengfei Event”, and then the paper expounds the rationality in network public opinion Finally the paper proposes some measures to guide network public opinion
