Research on Credit Evaluation Model for C2C E-commerce Website

Abstract:

In this paper, we reviewed the development of the C2C e-commerce and discussed the problems of the present trust-evaluation systems Then based on what we have learned, we came up with a new model to evaluate the trust of transactions in the C2C e-commerce business The model integrates two parts: the model is built up depending on the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) approach that has taken nearly all dynamic factors about which the buyers are concerned into consideration; the other part is other key factors affecting online credit value
