Abstract:

Nowadays, with the acute imbalance between the rapid growths of economy and inadequate resources of China, developing recycling economy is highly required To set up Recycling Economic Pilot Industrial Park is a major way of practical exploration in China and there are still many shortcomings in the aspects of technical force, feedback systems and incentive systems, etc For these inadequacies, this paper proposed the roles of the government, enterprises and public in the process of developing recycling economy, and some measures such as setting up and improving the policy and law system, building up "green" technical supporting system, balancing the relationship between short-term benefits and long-term benefits, etc were also presented in this paper
