Firstly this paper presents the impact of switching cost in mobile international roaming market Then, this paper, emphasizing modeling on the relationship between business volume and retail price of operators under non-cooperative game situation, acquires the best roaming price modeling in the oligopoly market In the final part, influencing factors on roaming prices are graphical represented with MATLAB simulation and verified with realistic data
