Abstract:

Nowadays, with the wide use of Internet, cyber suicide is becoming more serious, and its frequent occurrence has urged the whole society to pay great attention to cyber homicide behaviors related to it Now, the criminal regulation of cyber homicide in our country is still blank Therefore, based on the analysis of its criminal nature, the author discusses the rationality and feasibility of the criminal regulation of cyber homicide through referring China’s existing legal provisions and foreign experience Finally, the author puts forward the suggestion that we should make the best use of the existing laws to regulate the cyber homicide
