Abstract:

From the angle of spatial and time dimension, this paper uses CCR and BCC model of Data Envelope Analysis (DEA) method to analyze the efficiency of telecom economy in our country The results show that the efficiency of telecom economy has been improved year by year, especially rapidly in the eastern, central and western regions, and the telecom economy has grown in the most suitable investment scale and condition from 1998 China’s telecom market has just undergone a remarkable period of rapid technological progress AS a result, the growth of telecom market can be brought about by adopting new and innovative technologies The conclusions can provide theoretical basis for strategic decisions for the relevant telecom supervision departments
