Abstract:

China’s economy has been keeping a rapid and stable growth, but mostly in the respect of growth rate and economic growth is obviously not in accordance with employment increment Therefore, some economists put forward the strategic goal of transforming from “economic growth priority” to “employment increment priority”, based on which, this paper analyzes “dialectical relationship between economic growth priority and employment increment priority” Through empirical analysis of the relationship between economic growth and employment increment since 1991, this paper analyzes the reason that China’s economic growth doesn’t ideally promote employment increment, and on this basis it puts forward suggestions on how to create the benign interactive mechanism between economic growth and employment increment
