Abstract:

Nowadays, China has 169 million elderly people, 40 percent of whom are empty nesters Living inconvenience, loneliness and other problems plague these elderly people Pension service of our country on the whole is in its infancy, so several problems such as a lack of services for the elderly and simple service mode still exist To solve these problems, a service innovation model in the fields of health care and social welfare services must be established Due to the rapid development of information technology, the wide application of the latest achievements in the service industry has already had a positive effect on service innovation, as the European countries have made significant progress in the care service innovation, using IT technology to explore the pension service innovation and to help the elderly In order to analyze the research and service innovation model, the paper makes a comparative analysis of the three pension service models at home and abroad, and in the research, it can be found that in the foreign countries, a variety of feasible technical solutions and personalized service system have already been proposed by using Living Lab service innovation model, and we should intake the useful experience to develop the domestic pension services and other innovative services
