Combining with the theory of consumer purchase decision, the researcher summarizes the process of consumer decision making through literature review and an interview from industry participants Based on the characteristics summarized from direct selling, the researcher continues to collect materials and build a model that includes the factors influencing consumer’s willingness to accept direct selling Moreover, questionnaires are designed to collect detailed information after the model is built, and then SPSS and AMOS structure equation modeling (SEM) are used to verify the model and hypothesis Several conclusions are drawn based on results from model verification: compared with perceived usefulness, consumer’ perceived reliability has more significant influence on their purchase intention during the process of direct selling; and product reputation, emotional experience and perceived usefulness are the three main factors that impact consumer’s perceived reliability

The identification of typical dynamic influencing factors of customer lifetime value (CLV) is helpful for the CLV prediction modeling and CLV raising Based on the authors’ former research results, 11 groups of hypotheses about the relationships between influencing factors of CLV and CLV were proposed Two mobile telecom operators in Beijing were chosen as empirical subjects and 481 questionnaires were collected The results show 9 factors from customer aspect and 5 factors from enterprise aspect which influence CLV significantly What’s more, some factors are highly correlated to CLV, including gender, generation, income, achievement requirement, independence requirement, lead user status, usage situation, customer relationship management (CRM) programming level and CRM technical maturity (significance level is less than 0001 ) Based on the results, the suggestions on the customer relationship management for telecom operators are given

The industrial production determines the foreign trade, and the industrial structure determines the foreign trade structure The irrational mode of a country’s foreign trade originates from low level of its industrial structure Therefore, from the perspective of industrial restructuring, this paper makes an empirical analysis of the relationship between the industrial restructuring and foreign trade structural optimization through the establishment of econometric models according to the data from 1992 to 2011 The conclusions are as follows: the industrial structure determines the foreign trade structure and the optimization of foreign trade structure relies on the industrial restructuring; the best solution to the unsustainable development of China’s foreign trade is to vigorously adjust China’s industrial structure, the optimization and upgrading of which can further drive the optimization of foreign trade structure Accordingly, this paper puts forward the corresponding measures of how to promote the optimization and upgrading of foreign trade structure through promoting the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure and then to drive the transformation of foreign trade development mode
