Abstract:

The corporate university has been suffering from much controversy since its appearance, and the fundamental reason for this situation is that the strategic positioning of corporate university is affected by a great number of factors different from each other Therefore, it is required that corporate university should make a dynamic decision analysis towards its strategic positioning during its development This paper sorted out the results of previous studies and proposed a dynamic decision matrix on corporate university’s strategic positioning What’s more, combined with the current stage of development and the status of the internal and external environmental condition of China Mobile, this paper also analyzed the strategic positioning of China Mobile Corporate University as a case
