Abstract:

With the extensive use of radio technology and the popularity of radio business, the demand for the radio frequency resources is increasing The method of effectively managing the radio spectrum to reduce the contradiction of spectrum supply and demand is becoming the focus of many administration departments Firstly, spectrum management policies in foreign countries are introduced, and a comparative analysis of two radio spectrum management modes, that is, the administrative mechanism and the market mechanism is made Secondly, on the basis of theory of public goods, the spectrum is categorized and the management features of each category are illustrated Finally, some pieces of advice are put forward to promote the spectrum management in China based on the analysis of the current management situation in China and foreign spectrum management experience for reference
