Abstract:

 Creating shared value is a new way to achieve economic success. In order to promote enterprises to
create shared value, big data is applied in three dimensions including reconstructing products and markets,
redefining productivity in value chain and accelerating local cluster development. Then the creating shared value
model driven by big data is constructed to analyze operation mechanism of big data and its internal relation to
creating shared value, and accordingly, some targeted suggestions are put forward. The results show that big data
is closely linked with creating shared value, and the use of big data can effectively promote the creation of
shared value to achieve collaborative development between enterprises and society.
