The openness and freedom of the Internet brings convenience of learning and life to college students,

but it also produced a bigger network trust crisis. From the structure of factors affecting interpersonal trust of

college students in the new media era and the questionnaire survey and expert scoring, four main factors are

summarized: personal factors, network platform factors, environmental factors and network contents. It is found

that network contents and personal factors are the most important factors influencing interpersonal trust, and the

importance and the reliability of contents and the individual cognitive ability will directly influence others for

personal trustworthiness judgment. On this basis, the four-in-one mechanism of “society - university - family -

self” to enhance the credibility of the network is put forward, in order to create the harmonious network

environment.

 In micro-era, it is urgent to cope with the WeChat’s influence on ideological and political education

in colleges and universities. According to the law of contradiction, it is found that WeChat, as a kind of college

students’ key social communication tools has posed great challenges to subject, object, medium and environment of

college ideological and political education, and meanwhile it has brought unprecedented opportunities. Based on

the era characteristics of WeChat and college students’ current situation of usage, it will definitely improve

education effectiveness by introducing WeChat to college ideological and political education. Therefore, to

 Opinion leader is the one who provides information and affects audience. At present, information

technology changes both the basic definition of interpersonal communication and the core connotation of opinion

leader. By historical analysis, the origin, the development and the current transformation of opinion leader are

traced. The result shows that under the context of social media, big data and cloud computing, opinion leader

presents the characteristics of mediated, commercial, professional, and collective trends and there are key

opinion leaders in the commercial field.

 From the perspective of cross-culture communication, global impacts of American films have been deeply

analyzed in terms of culture universality, cultural fusion and cultural adaptation. The mainstream values and

concepts of American films have exerted profound impacts on the whole world. The successful strategies of cultural

export of Hollywood films offer essential reference for Chinese films. Based on the analysis, the effective

strategies of Chinese films’ cultural exports have been explored. Only through active integration of local

culture and foreign culture and application of universality of traditional Chinese cultures, can the new

historical meanings be invested and further the competition of Chinese films in the cross-cultural context be

enhanced.

 Personalized recommendation has great influence on raising online shopping efficiency and increasing

product sales. The ways to provide more efficient personalized recommendations have drawn researchers’ attention.

Most existing studies focus on how to improve the accuracy and efficiency of the recommendation algorithms, or are

more concerned about ways to increase consumer satisfaction and the impact factors of personalized recommendation

adoption. Unlike previous studies, first the current mainstream algorithms of recommendation system are

summarized. Then based on the perspectives of management and consumer behavior, the current research status and

results of personalized recommendation are mainly introduced from three aspects: recommendation timing,

recommendation product portfolio and recommendation efficiency. It is pointed out the research of personalized

recommendation has much potential and research value, and finally the future research trends and prospects are put

forward.

Financial Distress Dynamic Warning Based on Online Public Opinion

Considering the fact that financial information disclosure quality of listed company cannot be

guaranteed, and non-financial indexes rely on specific samples, a financial warning index system based on online

public opinion is established. In order to obtain full information of enterprises, 60 listed companies in self-

media is collected and sentiment analysis is applied to form the online public opinion index. Then, the financial

dynamic warning system is created by integrating the financial index and online public opinion index with the best

length of time window. The empirical results show that the introduction of financial distress dynamic warning

based on online public opinion leads to the improved accuracy in the financial distress forecast and it is also

more adaptable.

EU-U.S. Privacy Shield offers more protection to EU personal data privacy, reinforces the obligation of

enterprises and government, and restricts the information collection by the US government. The framework

represents the EU Internet security and the information protection policy of both sides, promotes data flow

between the Europe and the US, and facilitates the transatlantic business. China shall legislate for personal

information protection and construct legal system in this field; establish specialized data protection

institutions; improve the supervision mechanisms in terms of trans-border personal data flow; release the standard

of trans-border data flow and intensify the cooperation, bridge communication mechanisms of Sino-Europe data

safety, and join the enactment of international rules in cyberspace.

In recent years, how to protect copyright on network environment causes people’s attention. In 2015,

the case that Yaoyu sued Douyu on copyright infringement and unfair competition has aroused people to investigate

the legal nature of online game screen. The court finally affirmed Douyu’s acts of unfair competition, but did

not admit the online game screen as works. However, the court’s reason was not convincing. After exploring the

nature of works, and comparing it with online game screen, it is found that dispute the particularity of online

game screen, it still meets the requirements of the works. By further analyzing the factors of online game screen,

it is concluded that the online game screen belongs to copyright owners of the network games rather than the live

party or any game player. At the same time, law deficiency in protecting online game screen should be paid much

attention in academic circle.

To promote the healthy and rapid development of Internet of Things, the driving forces of Internet of

Things is studied from the following five aspects: national policy, industrial standards, technology development,

operator transformation and social demands based on the development status of Internet of Things. Its development

prospect is analyzed and the key technology of LPWAN (low-power wide-area network) is classified. Through

analyzing and predicting the development trends of key technology, it is found that NB-IoT (narrow band Internet

of Things) is the most potential technology of LPWAN, and smart meter, intelligent environmental protection, smart

parking and intelligent wears are the main application scenarios. The results have the theoretical value and

practical significance for the Internet of Things of China.

 Creating shared value is a new way to achieve economic success. In order to promote enterprises to

create shared value, big data is applied in three dimensions including reconstructing products and markets,

redefining productivity in value chain and accelerating local cluster development. Then the creating shared value

model driven by big data is constructed to analyze operation mechanism of big data and its internal relation to

creating shared value, and accordingly, some targeted suggestions are put forward. The results show that big data

is closely linked with creating shared value, and the use of big data can effectively promote the creation of

shared value to achieve collaborative development between enterprises and society.

 Social responsibility is occupying an increasing important place in the sustainable development of

enterprises, and the capital effect of information disclosure of enterprise’s social responsibility has been the

important research issue. To explore the capital effect of information disclosure of social responsibility on

China’s listed companies, the A-Shares public companies whose social responsibility reports were announced by

Shenzhen Stock Exchange and Shanghai Stock Exchange between 2013 and 2014 are taken as a sample, and the

relationship among disclosure level of social responsibility, equity capital cost and debt capital cost is

theoretical analyzed. It shows that the company with higher disclosure level of social responsibility has lower

debt capital cost and higher equity capital cost. In the end, some suggestions for managers, investors and

supervisors are put forward based on the current situation in China.

Empirical Research on Effects of Micro and Small Enterprise Cooperative #br# Network Characters on Enterprises Growth

Network data obtained through cooperative relationship between the micro and small enterprises and

other subjects is collected. Pajek helps to realize  visualization of network, and present the cooperative network

of micro and small enterprises. The centrality analysis of network nodes indicates the whole network shows low

centrality and loose structure; meanwhile, 6 subgroups exist in cooperation network, but hardly have cooperative

relationship, which suggests resource and information flow is not smooth and most micro and small enterprises are

weak in source control. Divide network characters into 5 parts: density, strength of ties, relationship desire,

centrality and heterogeneity. Empirical research shows that heterogeneity has significantly positive influence on

creative performance but no influence on finance performance; other hypotheses are supported.

Heterogeneity, Tax Competition and Urban Economic Growth#br# ——Based on Panel Quantile Model Analysis

Under the sustained downward pressure of economic growth, regional economic needs to explore new growth from tax competition. Based on the panel data of 1626 tax competition cases in 271 China’s cities from 2008 to 2013, considering individual heterogeneity and parameter heterogeneity, panel quantile regression model method is used to test the influence of tax competition on urban economic growth. The results show that tax competition has significantly positive impact on urban economic development, but the influence coefficient differs at various quantiles of economic development levels. The tax competition in poor areas and developed areas have bigger influence on economic growth, while the estimated coefficient of tax competition shows the “U” type —first declining and then rising. The robustness test draws the same conclusion. At the same time, the result shows that there is no malignant tax competition among regional governments.

China’s Tax Structure and Income Distribution Fairness#br# ——Considering Off-The-Books Income Factor

Based on the income data which considers off-the-books income factor, the relationship between China’s tax structure and income distribution fairness is analyzed in a quantitative way by means of cointegration and error correction model. Firstly, taking off-the-book income into account, the income gap index calculated on the basis of adjusted data is more representative compared to the previous research. Secondly, cointegration and error correction model are used to study the relationship between tax structure and the real income gap index. The results indicate that, at 5% significant level, the overall tax burden, the proportion of resource tax, consumption tax, personal income tax all have significant co-integration relationship with the income gap index. Wherein, the proportion of personal income tax has a positive correlation with the income gap index, that is, personal income tax has reverse regulation on the income gap.

The purpose of this study is to explore the impact of negative life events and social support on freshmen’s adaptation in a certain engineering college. It is found that the interpersonal relationship pressure factor contained in negative life events has a significantly negative correlation with freshmen’s adaptation; the old friend support factor and new friend support factor contained in social support have significantly positive correlations with freshmen’s adaptation; the support from university classmates plays a partial intermediary role in interpersonal relationship pressure and college freshmen’s adaptation. The findings suggest that helping college students to establish favorable support relationships will be beneficial to alleviating their interpersonal stress and making them adapt to college life.

Teaching evaluation is an important means of testing teaching quality. But because of its strong comprehensiveness and subjectivity, teaching evaluation hasn’t played its role in many universities. The problems of domestic teaching evaluation are analyzed and students’ psychological factors of evaluating teaching are researched. Based on the results, a teaching quality evaluation system is designed, a multiple participation evaluation method of students, peers and teachers themselves is proposed, and an evaluation means that takes teaching quality comprehensive index as an indicator is offered.

 The fast development of “Internet plus” calls for the inter-disciplinary talents education for the management information system (MIS) curriculum. Previous studies focused more on teaching contents or teaching methods in the IT/IS field while ignoring the cross-border domain of the knowledge. To reduce these gaps, this paper tries to explore how to reform the MIS curriculum with research and practice oriented. Based on the guidance of “Internet plus” instruction issued by the government, a new framework of “pilot research and project oriented training” is put forward. Six teaching reform schemes are designed from the aspects of teaching contents and teaching methods, and also taking the corresponding course teaching of junior students of two majors in a university in Beijing as an example, the implementation process of the teaching reform plan and its application effect are explained. The paper, on the one hand, puts forward the teaching reform framework of “Internet plus” oriented talents cultivation, and on the other hand, also takes the actual teaching process as an example, providing reference for the implementation of the program.
