Abstract

Abstract: Under the background of ′mass entrepreneurship and innovation′ as well as Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration strategy, innovation and entrepreneurship have become important factors in economic growth An index system of measuring regional innovation and entrepreneurship is constructed Then panel data of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei from 2005～2014 is selected, and instrument variables model is used to find the relationship among regional economic growth, innovation and entrepreneurship through regression and factor analysis, so as to further to obtain the overall situation of innovation and entrepreneurship in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region According to the study, innovation and entrepreneurial capacity have positive impacts, on regional economic growth Also, the more rapid the economic growth in a region is, the greater the positive effects of innovation and entrepreneurship are
