Abstract:  The graduate students of information science are one of the important human resources in China′s economic construction To improve the quality of employment of graduate students of information science,  current status of employment should be known first, and the existing problems must be found out Therefore, establishing a reliable, operational, and systematic employment quality evaluation system is very important Based on  realistic situation and characteristics of the employment of graduates of information discipline,  basic situation of employment in information industry is analyzed, and  evaluation index system of the employment quality of the graduates of information science is put forward Finally, a summary proposal is presented from the perspective of training and graduates growth
