Curiosity is introduced to be a moderator variable to explore the impacting mechanism of electronic word of mouth (eWOM) sender′s characteristics on trust of eWOM Smart PLS software is applied to analyze the data from questionnaire The empirical results show that eWOM senders′ capacities of information transmission and task attraction have positive effects on trust of eWOM through a cognition path Social attraction and relationship strength have positive effects on trust of eWOM based on emotions, while appearance attraction has no effect on trust of eWOM through that way It is also found that social networking services (SNS) users focus on different stimuli of SNSs, depending on their levels of deprivation-type curiosity (DC) and interest-type curiosity (IC)Capacity of the eWOM sender and task attraction has a stronger impact on trust of eWOM when receiver′s DC is higher; social attraction has a weaker impact on trust of eWOM when receiver′s IC is higher, while relationship strength has a steadfast impact on trust of eWOM

 Online virtual property can hardly be embodied in the protection of right in rem or right in personam in terms of traditional theory of civil law, however, it can be identified as an intangible property which then turns into a new category of property rights. Online virtual property should be inheritable due to its material value, spiritual value and legitimacy. Nonetheless, there has been no clear legal basis for its inheritance in current China. Moreover, Network Service Protocol and privacy protection restrict or even exclude the possibility of its inheritance. The practical approaches to rid the obstacles of inability of inheritance include legal measures, such as legislation, judicial interpretation, the third party supervision and notarization, as well as the supplementary measures of technical upgrading by the internet service provider.

Sound mark examination legislation has been existing in European countries for a long period. In order to comply with Agreement on Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights (TRIPs) agreement and international trend of trademark registration, the new Trademark Law of the People′s Republic of China came into effect in May 1st, 2014, which clarified sound mark could be registered for the first time. However, owing to distinctive features of sound mark, protection of sound mark is still in the exploration stage, and development of theoretical basis and practice are not mature and relevant legal system is not perfect either This paper intends to analyze current examination standard of sound mark in our country from the distinctiveness of sound mark, and explore the principles and basis of sound mark examination by referring to foreign regulations It is proposed that based on the existing examination standard, principles of overall identity and non-aggression prior rights should be added, and exclusive continuous using time, public recognition, advertising and dynamic innovation should be introduced to the examination basis of sound mark distinctiveness

Personal information is the common wealth of consumers and producers, and usage of personal information for commercial purpose is particularly prominent in the field of e-commerce Accurate valuation of personal information helps to establish a standardized and orderly personal information exchange system between enterprises and consumers By summarizing the definition, classification, current utilization situation and valuation methods of personal information, the contingent valuation method (CVM), which is widely used in the valuation of non-market value of public goods, is introduced to the valuation of consumers′ personal information For consumers using online movie tickets booking platform,  961 questionnaires were issued to get  consumers′ willingness to provide personal information under payment in the empirical research process Finally willingness-to-pay models were used to get the average valuation of consumers′ age and home address information, and it is confirmed that  difficulty in assessing the value of personal information will rise a lot with increasing of the degree of privacy

Recently, although the scale of P2P industry is rapidly expanding, the number of bankrupt platforms is also getting higher Besides, P2P industry has a low transparency for the general investors so that they can only get limited data through the online network, which is difficult for them to establish confidence of the companies they have invested on Therefore, it is necessary to carry out research to evaluate P2P companies based on available online network data and help investors enhance judging ability This research aims to propose a model of evaluating the comprehensive strength of P2P companies based on available online network data by using AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method In addition, to verify the correctness and feasibility of the model, the related data of a P2P lending company is collected to calculate and analyze The results show that the evaluation is fairly consistent with the actual situation, and suggestions are provided for the company

In order to study the impact of online information on consumers′ decision in the context of sharing economy, 1124 pieces of housing reservation data were collected from China and the United States from the housing rental website Airbnb, and impact of online information on consumer′s booking intention is researched by correlation analysis and regression analysis Results show that the number of reviews, overall rating and price in China all have significantly positive impacts on purchase intention Details of the rating have no significant effect on purchase intention, whereas they are significantly related to the overall rating In the United States, only the number of reviews has  positive impacts on purchase intention, and other variables have no significant effect on purchase intention This paper has theoretical and practical significance for the study of consumer behavior decision-making in short-rent platform users in China and the United States

 Through theoretical analysis, it is found that the main differences between Solow residual method and Tinbergen method in technical progress rate are whether there are long-term trends In Solow method, technical progress rate is a random variable with time changing, and there is no long-term trend But Tinbergen method believes that the technical progress has the long-term trend with time changing So in theory, Tinbergen method is more robust Based on theoretical analysis, Monte Carlo simulation is used to verify the results It is found that Tinbergen method and Solow residual method calculation results are similar when  technical progress doesn′t have long-term trend But when there is a long-term trend, compared with Solow residual method, the technical progress rate obtained through Tinbergen method under different simulation conditions is closer to the true value and the simulation results are more stable

 The influence of nostalgia on the desire for money is explored, and through three experiments, it is demonstrated that nostalgic feeling decreases people′s desire for money Specifically, under nostalgic (vs neutral) condition, participants were willing to pay more for products due to its capacity to foster perceived social support (experiment 1), to spend more money but not more time (experiment 2), and value money less (experiments 3) This study enriches the existing literature on nostalgia and money, and conclusions have far-reaching implications for marketers, policy makers, charities and political organizations

 With its distinctive features, flipped classroom model (FCM) provides a new perspective and direction for the development of Chinese higher education, but its context-specific research is found scarce in Law Schools Hence, the jurisprudence FCM experiment was constructed and has been implementing for 18 weeks on the first-year students from a law school in 2016 The multivariable linear regression (MLR)-based analysis of participants′ academic outcomes indicates that the FCM substantially improves students′ academic achievements. But the increase mainly results from the improvement in the efficiency of conceptual cognition and knowledge construction, rather than the improvement of critical thinking and high-order learning as researchers previously assertedStudy also demonstrates that, individual learners′ prior language skills, intellectual skills and knowledge in the given discipline also significantly affect their academic gains in the context of the FCM Finally, suggestions are provided for the further integration of FCM with the law courses
