Abstract: The online trading of Stamp & Coin is a new transaction mode with the innovative point of ′Internet+culture+finance′ At present, due to the absence of supervision, this field always encounters problems The insufficient supervision of Stamp & Coin online trading is not simply attributed to administrative omission The field integrates characteristics of electronic commerce, trading of cultural artifacts, finance and other industries, so the traditional supervision mode based on sector division faces big challenges in the aspects of supervision basis, supervision power distribution, supervision means and others in such a new format Constructing the online trading supervision system of Stamp & Coin should take its composite attributes as a starting point, and then establish regulatory coordination of different departments through improving the basic legislation for the internet economy, formulating relevant administrative rules and regulations, and relying on initiator system and information sharing mechanism
