 With the wide application of the deep link technology in aggregation platform of mobile intelligent terminal equipment, boundaries between ′channel′ and ′content′ of the video aggregation platform has been increasingly blurred The legal nature of deep link technology is analyzed from technical principles of deep link, and it is concluded that the deep link is not network dissemination of information exclusively implemented by copyright owners In the judicial practice, there have been different identification standards for the nature of  deep link, which led to different judgments of video aggregation platform with direct infringement and indirect infringement Legal regulations of  deep link of video aggregation platform are proposed from the perspectives of clearing the distribution of proof, regulating it according to the technical clauses, and broadening the scope of   ′competition relationship′ in the Law of China against Unfair Competition

Internet lottery is a combination of traditional lottery and internet products, and it is a new type of lottery business model, rather than limited to sales model The legal regulation is the fundamental way to change the situation For ending the ″jungle rules″ of internet lottery and grasping the uncertainty of disorderly competition, it is necessary to summarize the natural and actual characteristics of internet lottery The problems of interest distribution, administrative supervision and criminal crime revealed in the trial of internet lottery system are analyzed, and what the internet lottery should be and used to be are summarized and compared  Final conclusion is that regulatory measures should be taken, such as improving the industry management system, completely withdrawing the regulators from the interest game of internet lottery, legislating monopolistic business model, balancing the rights of parties with legislation, and paying attention to relevant technical programs

 Critical information infrastructure operation security is one of the important contents of cyber security Cyber Security Law and Critical Information Infrastructure Protection (Draft Regulations) emphasize critical information infrastructure protection system including cyber security information sharing However, China has not made specific provisions on the scope and connotation of the cyber security information Prerequisite condition for the construction of sharing system is to clarify the definition of cyber security information The definition decides the choice of sharing form and path Meanwhile, accreditation of cyber security information should be based on safety operation of the critical information infrastructure (CII) The generalized definition can guide the relevant subjects to correctly judge the security information that needs to be shared The specific requirements towards information content and nature could contribute to the effective communication In addition, miscellaneous provisions are not preferable because these provisions will blur the concepts, increasing the possibility of legal rights infringement Specific provisions of the concept should demonstrate the security situation of CII, including both potential cyber security threats and emergency response to major cyber security incidents

Based on the panel data of provinces and municipalities from 2000 to 2014 in China, the DEA-Malmquist index method is used to measure total factor productivity (TFP) of China′s 30 provinces and municipalities,as well as the impact of labor transfer on TFP are studied Results show that labor transfer is favorable to the growth of TFP, and when the proportion of employment in the primary industry to the total number of employed people decreases by 100%, TFP will increase by 139% Secondly, the specific effect of labor transfer in different regions on TFP is compared by region division Finally, TFP is divided into PTEC, TECH and SEC, and the impact of labor transfer on them is explored respectively Study finds that labor transfer affecting TFP is achieved mainly through the level of technological progress and economies of scale efficiency
