Empirical Study of Postal Technological Progress Contribution Rate Measurement

Abstract: Having experienced the process of government-enterprise to separating government from enterprises, China postal industry has gradually moved from low to high level Since the 21st century, the progress of science and technology and prosperity of e-commerce have brought opportunities and challenges to postal development Through the empirical analysis of postal data from 2003 to 2014, and by using the Solow Residual method and Eviews software, how technical progress contributes to the development of  postal industry is studied Through the analysis of each factor, characteristics and trends of postal scientific and technological progress are further explored Finally, some suggestions are put forward on the related problems
