Emotional Deficit in Cyber Society#br# ——Emotional Bias and Tension Structure of Internet Expression and Communication

Abstract: The emotional bias and its relationship characteristics in the network field have influence on the emotional guidance, emotional regulation and emotional governance in the network public opinion In the communication space of the network society, it doesn′t mean that the more frequently the emotion appears, the more effective this kind of emotional communication is On the contrary, the phenomenon and mechanism of ′emotional deficit′ exist based on the empirical analysis of  543,754 posts on ′Topbuzz′ By dividing the headlines into 35 kinds of emotions, the results show that the higher the emergence frequency of a mood is, the lower the number of reading and comment is; whereas, the lower the emergence frequency of a mood is, the higher the number of reading and comment is This means that although some emotions are expressed in a large number, they lack social influence, while some emotions are relatively low in frequency and proportion, but they have strong social influence This constitutes the ′emotional deficit′ caused by different emotional bias in the network communication It refers to the reverse relationship between emotional expression and reception, showing the difference bias, tension structure and characteristics of the communication relationship in the network society
