Optimization of Export Commodity Structure of China′s Manufacturing Industry

Abstract

Abstract: In view of the factors affecting the export commodity structure of the manufacturing industry, the VAR model is established by using the related data from 1995 to 2015 and the measurement analysis is carried out The results show that technical improvement, as one of the major influencing factors, has significant influence on the optimization of export commodity structure of China′s manufacturing industry; foreign direct investment has a significant positive impact on the optimization of export commodity structure; in the short term, the rise of the real effective exchange rate of RMB is conducive to the optimization of the export commodity structure, while in the long term, there is an inhibition effect Based on this conclusion, it is of great significance to further optimization of the export commodity structure of China′s manufacturing industry, and further enhancement of the international competitiveness of China′s manufacturing export commodities, and achievements of the transformation from a trading power to a trading power
