Abstract:

Regarding establishing a structural model for the measurement of digital divide, based on the analysis, summary, induction and deduction of research results of the digital divide integrated indicators systems, measurement models and structural models and so forth, some typical indicators were selected to help determine the main factors for China’s digital divide Using the Interpretative Structural Modeling (ISM) analysis method to analyze the relationship structure between the main factors, an idealized hierarchical structure model was structured in line with the development of China’s informatization These results have important guiding significance for measuring the digital divide and policy formulation and evaluation
