Abstract:

According to the status of scientific research in colleges and universities, the author analyzes and concludes that the management of scientific research should be people-oriented, comprehensive, harmonious and sustainable, in order to meet the requirements of the development of scientific research.Also, the relationships among the course construction, science facility construction, scientific research, and team building are explored, in an attempt to shed lights on the innovation of the science and management in colleges and universities.
