Abstract: Xi Jinping’s Thought on Culture is a scientific guide for the construction of modern Chinese civilization and a theoretical crystallization of Xi Jinping’s socialist cultural concept. Xi Jinping’s socialist cultural concept adheres to dialectical materialism and historical materialism, focusing on elucidating the principles of socialist cultural construction in the new era. It is a scientific system that integrates cultural history, cultural leadership, cultural inheritance, cultural development, cultural governance, and cultural inclusiveness, enriching and developing Marxist cultural theories. It determines that in order to promote the construction of socialist culture in the new era and the modern Chinese civilization, we must grasp the requirements of strengthening and improving the leadership of the Party, giving full play to the people’s subjectivity, and adhering to the “two combinations” of the times. It is of great significance to guide the whole Party and the people of all ethnic groups in China to establish a high level of historical confidence and cultural confidence, promote steady and sustainable development of a Chinese path to modernization and create a new form of human advancement.
