Competency Framework and Cultivating Path of Accounting Talents in Digital Economy Era

摘要: 基于已有调查研究成果与数字经济时代高素质、复合型会计人才特征,构建了以职业道德与价值观为支撑,专业知识技能、行为技能、战略及商业视野、领导及影响力四项能力逐层递进的数字经济时代会计专业人才能力框架;结合会计教育现状,从多元化课程体系、多维度实践平台、研究导向型教学、创新校园文化、综合素质考核五个维度提出会计人才培养路径。

Abstract: A competence framework for accounting professionals is constructed based on the existing research and the characteristics of high-quality and compound accounting talents in the digital economy era The framework is supported by professional ethics and values, and it includes four abilities of professional knowledge and skills, behavioral skills, strategic and business vision, leadership and influence Also, based on the status quo of accounting education, a cultivating path for accounting talents is put forward from the five dimensions of diversified curriculum system, multi-dimensional practice platform, research-oriented teaching, innovative campus culture and comprehensive quality assessment
