中小企业信贷可得性影响因素研究——基于“小银行优势”视角

Factors Affecting Credit Availability of SMEs#br# —Based on the Perspective of  ′Small Bank Advantage′

摘要: 在“双创”风潮带动下,市场主体呈现活跃状态,中小企业表现良好,但是其融资问题仍然严峻。文中以中小企业板上市企业为样本,利用贷款数据回归分析其信贷可得性的影响因素,以期推动中小企业发展,从而带动我国经济高质量发展。结果表明,银行在给中小企业放贷时仍然存在“小银行优势”现象,银企关系能够显著提高企业信贷可得性,银行创新提升其竞争力进而促进企业信贷可得性,抵押贷款降低其信贷可得性。最后根据实证结果给出多层次建议:政府继续推动中小银行发展;中小银行拥抱金融科技驱动创新,以产品为利剑,以人才为内力;银行实施差异化抵押政策,制定贷款替换机制——用有效软信息换取抵押要求的降低;中小企业和多个关系银行建立长久借贷关系,并且设置高管金融背景门槛维护其关系深度。

Abstract:  Driven by the “entrepreneurship and innovation” trend, market players are active, and SMEs(small and medium enterprises) are performing well, but their financing problems are still severe Taking listed SMEs as samples, the influencing factors of their credit availability are regressively analyzed by using loan data, in order to promote the development of SMEs and the high-quality development of Chinas economy The results show that the phenomenon of “small bank advantage” still exists when banks lend SMEs, and the bank-enterprise relationship can significantly improve the credit availability of enterprises; bank innovation can enhance their competitiveness and then promote the credit availability of enterprises; mortgage loan can reduce the credit availability Finally, according to the empirical results, multi-level suggestions are given: the government should continue to promote the development of small and medium-sized banks; small and medium-sized banks should use financial technology to drive innovation, taking products as cutting edge and talents as internal forces; banks should implement differentiated mortgage policies and design replacement mechanism: exchanging effective soft information for lower requirements of credit mortgage; SMEs should establish a long-term close relationship with multiple relationship banks, and set the threshold of financial-related executives to maintain their relationship depth
