摘要: 绿色技术创新一直是绿色创新研究的重要组成部分,但环境规制对绿色技术创新的研究仍存在分歧。本文在环境规制、研发投入对绿色技术创新的影响研究基础上,探究环境规制对绿色技术创新的作用机制,以及研发投入在其中所起到重要作用。面板门槛模型实证结果表明,环境规制对绿色技术创新的影响呈现出显著的V形门槛特征,不同条件研发投入强度下,环境规制对绿色技术创新的作用会有显著差异。此外,工业产业结构、对外开放程度对绿色技术创新具有促进作用,对外开放程度的影响不显著,而经济发展水平则显著抑制绿色技术创新。

Abstract: Green technology innovation has always been an important part of green innovation research, but there are still different opinions on the influence of environmental regulation on green technology innovation Based on the research on the influence of environmental regulation and R&D investment on green technology innovation, the mechanism of environmental regulation on green technology innovation and the important role of R&D investment are explored The empirical results of panel threshold model show that the influence of environmental regulation on green technology innovation presents a significant V-shaped threshold feature, and the effects of environmental regulation on green technology innovation will be significantly different under different conditions of R&D investment intensity In addition, the industrial structure and the degree of opening to the outside world promote green technology innovation, among which the degree of opening to the outside world has no significant impact, while the level of economic development significantly inhibits green technology innovation
