工业智能化对我国就业和工资的影响效应研究

Effect of Industrial Intelligence on Employment and Salary in China

摘要: 基于2001—2016年我国省级面板数据,在分析工业智能化影响就业和工资变动的理论机制基础上,测算了工业智能化指标,并利用固定效应和中介效应模型实证检验了工业智能化对劳动力就业和工资的影响效应。研究发现,工业智能化显著促进了我国就业增长,且对中西部地区和高技能劳动力的就业增长影响作用更为明显,不仅加剧了就业结构单极极化趋势,也推动了劳动力在产业间的“跳跃式”流动。进一步地,工业智能化通过产业结构合理化和产业结构高级化的中介机制促进了就业增长。从工资效应看,工业智能化总体上显著缩小了制造业工资差距,且缩小了中-高收入群体的工资差距,扩大了中-低收入群体的工资差距。

Abstract: Based on the provincial panel data of China from 2001 to 2016 and the analysis of the theoretical mechanism of industrial intelligence affecting employment and salary change, the indicators of industrial intelligence are calculated and the impact of industrial intelligence on labor employment and salary is empirically tested by using the fixed effect model and the mediating effect model. The results show that industrial intelligence has significantly promoted employment growth in China, and has a more significant impact on employment growth of the central and western regions and high- skilled labor force. It not only intensifies the trend of unipolar polarization of employment structure, but also promotes the “Jump” flow of labor force among industries. Furthermore, industrial intelligence promotes employment growth through the rationalization and optimization of industrial structure. From the perspective of salary effect, industrial intelligence has significantly reduced the salary gap in manufacturing industry as a whole, narrowed the salary gap between the middle and high income groups, and widened the salary gap between the middle and low income groups.
