Layout of Reverse Logistics Network for Express Packaging  Recovery in Uncertain Conditions

摘要: 针对回收网络中的不确定性,研究模糊环境中逆向快递包装物流网络优化问题,建立快递包装逆向物流网络的模糊规划模型。以总成本最小化为模型目标,利用梯形模糊数表示回收中转站回收量、回收时间和回收中转站丢弃率的不确定性,对于梯形模糊数采用模糊机会约束规划进行处理,对快递包装逆向物流网络中各回收点间收集路线规划问题和回收中转站的选址问题进行整合优化。分别采用传统算法和混合智能算法对实例进行验证,并对影响快递包装回收网络结构的置信度参数的改变进行分析研究。

Abstract:  In view of the uncertainty in the recycling network, the optimization of the express packaging reverse logistics network in a fuzzy environment is studied, and a fuzzy programming model of the express packaging reverse logistics network is established. The model aims to minimize the total cost. The trapezoidal fuzzy number is used to represent the uncertainty of the recycling volume, recovery time and discard rate of the recycling transfer station. Trapezoidal fuzzy number will be calculated by fuzzy chance constrained programming. The collection route planning among various recycling points in the reverse logistics network and the location selection of recycling transfer stations are integrated and optimized. The model uses traditional algorithms and hybrid intelligent algorithms to verify the examples, and analyzes the changes in the confidence parameters that affect the structure of the express packaging recycling network.
