摘要: 辅导员作为高等学校教师队伍和管理队伍的重要组成部分,是教师队伍、管理队伍的一份子,也应该是学生队伍中的引导者和服务者。但在现实中,辅导员的角色定位并不明确。为了落实科学发展观,使北京邮电大学的学生与辅导员能够更好沟通,通过访谈和问卷法找出目前辅导员与学生沟通中所存在的问题,分析找出具体原因,并提出对策及建议。
