摘要： 本文在比较网络侵权行为与一般侵权行为确定民事管辖权异同的基础上,对各种网络管辖权理论进行了辨析,并对我国网络侵权行为民事管辖权的确定提出了建设性的意见。

Abstract: Network tort has posed a new challenge for civil jurisdiction.Based on a stuffy of the differences be- tween network tort and general tort,the paper analyses various theories of network jurisdiction,and puts forward some constructive suggestions of civil jurisdiction regarding network tort in China.
