摘要：

针对网络环境中信任缺失问题，阐述了网络信任的概念和重要性；重点分析了网络信任中主体意愿、关系人特征及环境因素三方面影响因素，进而描述比较了研究网络信任的理论模型、实体模型和实证模型；最后提出了网络信任下一步的研究方向。

Abstract:

First, we expound the concept and importance of Internet trust; then focus on the influencing factors, including entity will, participant characteristics and environmental factors; after this, we describe and make a comparison among three trust models; finally, some problems and future research directions are pointed out
